The mechanical deployment unit has been replaced by an electronic one. Both systems are equipped with the high-quality SAS-TEC Level 2 back protector, which is mounted over the airbag like a turtle shell. This effectively distributes and absorbs point loads in the back area across the entire airbag.

The e-Turtle 2.0 protects the neck, spine, thorax, pelvis, tailbone, head, collarbone, and internal organs.

Optional sensors

The electronic airbag vest uses multi-sensor detection, which enables a complete analysis of the situation and full 360° protection. Available in our shop for fork diameters up to a maximum of 56mm, this option makes it possible to reduce the detection time from 60 ms (using only sensors in the vests) to 31 ms, even when stationary, at low speeds, and regardless of the impact angle.

Other features:

long service life due to high-quality workmanship

individual width adjustment at all three closure buckles

large armholes for an optimal fit

soft collar without velcro

deployment unit and capsule concealed

reflective strips

robust buckles that can be opened even with gloves

Extended warranty:

Helite airbag systems have a 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials used.
