Seat Concepts uses its own foam, which is of higher quality than the stock foam. It is softer and more active while still providing sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front so that your legs are not spread further apart, and it becomes wider towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger area. This creates more comfort for long distances.

Foam & Cover Kit: Foam and cover for the rider's seat, without base plate

Seat height: same as stock (R1200 GS). 44 mm lower on the R1200 GS Adventure than its stock seat

Total width: 356 mm, length same as stock

Side cover: Black Carbon Fiber – Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon look, with little grip so that the legs remain free at the sides.

Seat cover options

Black Sandpaper: The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper.
