Seat Concepts uses a proprietary foam that is of higher quality than the stock foam. It is softer and more active, yet still provides sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front so that your legs are not spread further apart, and it widens towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger area. This results in greater comfort for long distances.

Foam & Cover Kit: Foam and cover for the rider seat, excluding seat pan

Seat height: tall, 64 mm higher than the stock R1200 GS seat and 25 mm higher than the R1200 GS Adventure seat

Total width: 356 mm, length same as stock

Side cover: Black Carbon Fiber – Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon fiber look, low grip to keep the legs free on the sides.

Seat cover options

Black Sandpaper: The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper.
