The Hyde XT Drystar®XF Jacket is constructed from an extremely lightweight, single-layer, waterproof four-way stretch main chassis and is reinforced with ripstop nylon on the outer arms and shoulders, ensuring a high level of durability.
The benefit of Drystar®XF is that no water can penetrate the jacket. The membrane prevents the jacket from becoming soaked and heavy, and protects the rider from the elements as well as wind and cold, while simultaneously ensuring the breathability of the material.
Long, direct zippered ventilation ports, including on the forearms, provide plenty of airflow on hot days. The Hyde XT features a removable, armored mesh inner jacket with a zipper and CE Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus protectors.
Since the Hyde XT has a significantly stronger focus on off-road riding, the inner mesh jacket was designed so that the protectors sit close to the rider's body to offer ultimate comfort and protection. This avoids any restriction of movement caused by the interaction between the outer shell and the protectors when riding off-road.
The armored mesh inner jacket can also be fully upgraded to Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro protectors and is Tech-Air® Ready to accommodate the Tech-Air® 5 or Tech-Air® OFF-ROAD system.
