Which seat suits you?
The Seat Concepts product lines briefly explained.
Comfort
As narrow as the standard version at the front, widening towards the middle. The weight is distributed over a larger area – for more comfort on long rides.
Comfort XL
The comfort seat with an even wider seating area.
Element
Sporty yet comfortable. With sealed seams and a moisture barrier between the cover and the foam.
Race 2.0
Developed with and for sport riders.
Rally 2.0
For serious off-road riding. Significantly narrower between the knees than the stock seat, allowing you to move more freely on the motorcycle.
Low and high
Many seats are also available in heights lower or higher than standard. The seat height is stated in the product name and in the description.
Which seat cover suits you best?
The seat covers differ primarily in their grip: the grippier the cover, the more securely you sit – and the less you slide back and forth on the seat.
Wire Gripper
Grip: highest
The grippiest material from Seat Concepts. Keeps you firmly in place when accelerating and braking. Made for MX or enduro pants. Available in several colors, for example Black Wire, Orange Wire, or Navy Blue Wire.
Sandpaper
Grip: very high
The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, as rough as coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in your seat when accelerating and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to snag.
Semi-Grip
Grip: good
The all-rounder. Provides good grip, yet allows you to shift around on the seat at any time. Comfortable for long days and works just as well with jeans as it does with motorcycle or MX/enduro pants. Available in black, orange, and red.
Luna
Grip: medium
Looks and feels like the cover of the original KTM and Husqvarna seats. Available in several colors, for example Grey Luna or Midnight Blue Luna.
Diamante
Grip: medium
Feels like suede, similar to many original seats on adventure bikes and road machines. Soft.
Carbon Fiber
Grip: low – for the sides
Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon look, with low grip, so that the legs remain free at the side.
