Rade Garage Husqvarna 701 Lite Kit

The Rade Garage Husqvarna 701 Lite Kit is a compact solution for anyone looking to build a clean and functional navigation platform on their 701.
The Lite Kit is available for model years 2016 to 2020 or 2021 to 2024 and fits Enduro, LR, and Supermoto versions.
The focus is on a compact cockpit that makes efficient use of the space in front of the rider without significantly altering the character of the motorcycle with a large rally conversion.

At the center is the compact tower with a GPS crossbar. Two smartphones or a tablet up to 8 inches can be mounted on it. The crossbar is mounted on silent blocks, which keeps a large portion of vibrations away from the devices. This is a sensible feature, especially for navigation electronics used off-road. The tilt angle can be adjusted using the included adapter, allowing you to better tailor the position of your navigation setup. The USB port is located on the side of the kit and provides power to multiple devices.

The windshield was designed to match the lines of the Husqvarna 701 and provides good coverage for larger navigation devices in the cockpit area. It is manufactured using an injection molding process, similar to OEM plastic parts, and fits neatly onto the original headlight unit. The windshield can be mounted at two different heights, depending on your preference for the balance of aesthetics, visibility, and wind protection.

The tower itself is made of 2 mm aluminum and is built as a closed unit. This ensures that cables and connectors are better protected from water, dirt, and other external influences. At the same time, access to the interior remains easy because the cover can be opened with just a few screws. The solid CNC-machined base plate provides a stable foundation.

The delivery includes the windshield, the aluminum tower with GPS crossbar, a Garmin crossbar adapter, a USB socket, a brake line guide, an OSRAM LED bulb, and mounting hardware.
Installation time is approximately one to two hours.
This makes the Husqvarna 701 Lite Kit an interesting solution for anyone who wants to integrate their navigation cleanly and compactly into the cockpit.
