The Foam & Cover kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat base plate. Seat Concepts uses a proprietary foam that is of higher quality than the stock foam. It provides a softer and more active ride while still offering sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front so that the legs are not spread further apart, and it becomes wider towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger surface area. This creates more comfort for long distances.

- Seat cover: Black Sandpaper – The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, as rough as coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in your seat during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to get caught.
- Side cover: Black Carbon Fiber – Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon look, with low grip so that the legs remain free at the sides.
