X-TREME Shock Absorber Husqvarna 701 Enduro 2016-2019, TracTive
The TracTive X-TREME is a high-quality, fully adjustable shock absorber with an external reservoir and PDSII bottom-out protection.
The damping configuration has been specifically developed for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro. Rebound and compression damping can be adjusted independently. The compression damping additionally features separate high- and low-speed adjustments.
The external reservoir provides a larger oil volume and better heat dissipation. As a result, the damping performance remains as consistent as possible even under high loads, for example during longer off-road stages.
The shock absorber is available as an X-TREME + HPA version with hydraulic spring preload via a handwheel.
Adjustment Options
- Rebound: approx. 18 clicks
- Low-speed compression: adjustment of damping during slow compression movements, such as when accelerating or on long undulations
- High-speed compression: adjustment of damping during fast compression movements, such as in potholes or on hard terrain edges
- Spring preload: mechanical on the shock absorber

PDSII Bottom-Out Protection
The PDSII system operates with an additional piston that creates progressive damping toward the end of the suspension travel. This reduces hard bottoming out during heavy impacts or jumps.
Individual Tuning
We will tune the shock absorber to your rider weight and intended use before delivery.
For this, we only need your rider weight including motorcycle gear and a brief note on your primary area of use (road, touring, off-road, etc.).

The shock absorber is supplied as standard with a 75 N/mm spring. Softer or harder springs are also available depending on rider weight and intended use.
