X-PERIENCE Fork Cartridge KOVE 800X Pro 2025-2026, TracTive

The TracTive X-PERIENCE is a high-quality, open cartridge kit for the KOVE 800X Pro fork, featuring adjustable rebound and compression damping and a hydraulic bump stop. It is designed for precision, comfort, and control on any surface.

Compression damping is adjusted at the top of the left fork leg, and rebound damping at the top of the right fork leg.

The 26 mm piston is larger than the stock piston, allowing for high oil flow. This ensures consistent, predictable damping characteristics and precise feedback from the front wheel.

Adjustment options

Compression: top of the left fork leg
Rebound: top of the right fork leg
Spring preload: on both fork legs, up to 12 mm adjustment range

Technical details

26 mm piston diameter
Open cartridge
Hydraulic bump stop
Linear springs, top-out springs, and fork oil included
Fully serviceable

Hydraulic bump stop

The hydraulic bump stop acts at the end of the suspension travel, reducing harsh bottoming out during heavy impacts.

Available heights

The cartridge kit is available in three different versions:

Standard height
30 mm lowering
20 mm raising

For the lowered version, adjustment of the side and center stands may be necessary. For the raised version, adjustment of the ABS and brake lines may be required.

We recommend matching the suspension height of the front and rear wheels. Ideally, the cartridge kit should be combined with an appropriately adjusted shock absorber.

Individual tuning

We will tune the cartridge kit to your rider weight and intended use before delivery.

For this, we only need your rider weight, including motorcycle gear, and brief information on the primary area of use (road, touring, off-road, etc.).

You can simply send this information to us via email or reply directly to your order confirmation.

The cartridge kit comes standard with 4.8 N/mm springs. Depending on rider weight and intended use, softer or harder springs are also available.
