X-CITE + HPA Shock Absorber KTM 390 Adventure R 2026, TracTive

The TracTive X-CITE is a high-quality shock absorber for the KTM 390 Adventure R with adjustable rebound damping and hydraulic preload adjuster (HPA).

The large 46 mm piston offers better damping performance than the smaller piston of the standard shock absorber, providing increased comfort and stability.

Damping oil and gas are separated within the shock absorber.

Using the hydraulic preload adjuster handwheel, the shock absorber can be quickly adjusted to different load conditions without the need for tools.

• Rebound damping: adjuster at the bottom of the shock absorber
• Spring preload: hydraulic via handwheel

Available Heights

The shock absorber is available in three different versions:

• Standard height
• 25 mm lowering
• 30 mm raising

For the lowered version, an adjustment of the side and center stand may be necessary.

We recommend matching the suspension height for the front and rear wheels. Ideally, the shock absorber should be combined with a correspondingly adjusted fork cartridge.

Individual Setup

We will tune the shock absorber to your rider weight and intended use before delivery.

For this, we only need your rider weight including motorcycle gear and a brief note on the primary usage (street, touring, off-road, etc.).

The shock absorber is supplied as standard with a 110 N/mm spring. Depending on rider weight and intended use, softer or harder springs are also available.
