X-PERIENCE shock absorber KTM 390 Adventure 2020-2024, TracTive

The TracTive X-PERIENCE is a high-quality, fully adjustable shock absorber with an external reservoir.

The damping configuration was developed specifically for the KTM 390 Adventure. Rebound and compression damping can be adjusted independently of each other. The compression stage also features separate high- and low-speed adjustment.

The external reservoir provides a larger oil volume and better heat dissipation. As a result, damping performance remains as consistent as possible even under heavy loads, for example during longer off-road stages.

Adjustment options

• Rebound: approx. 18 clicks
• Low-speed compression: adjustment of damping for slow compression movements, for example during acceleration or over long undulations
• High-speed compression: adjustment of damping for fast compression movements, for example over potholes or hard terrain edges
• Spring preload: mechanical on the shock absorber

• 46 mm piston diameter
• 16 mm piston rod made of hardened 42CrMo steel
• Aluminum housing
• External, fixed reservoir
• Fully serviceable and individually tunable

Available heights

The shock absorber is available in two different versions:

• Standard height
• 25 mm lowering

With the lowered version, an adjustment of the side and center stand may be necessary.

Individual tuning

We will tune the shock absorber to your rider weight and intended use before delivery.

For this, we only need your rider weight including motorcycle gear and a brief note about your primary area of use (road, travel, off-road, etc.).

The shock absorber is supplied as standard with a 150 N/mm spring. Depending on rider weight and intended use, softer or harder springs are also available.
