The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat pan. Seat Concepts uses a proprietary foam that is of higher quality than the stock foam. It provides a softer and more active feel while still offering sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front to prevent the legs from being spread further apart, and widens towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger surface area. This results in greater comfort for long distances.
- Foam & Cover Kit: foam and cover, excluding seat pan
- Seat height: tall, 38 mm higher than stock
- Total width: 292 mm, length same as stock
- Seat cover: Black Sandpaper – The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, as rough as coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in place during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to snag.
- Side cover: Black Carbon Fiber – Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon fiber look, with low grip so that the legs remain free at the sides.
- Stitching color: Orange
