The Caretta tablet's charging cradle features the standard AMPS hole pattern (30 x 38 mm) and can be bolted directly onto almost all common mounting systems in landscape orientation.
This wedge-shaped AMPS base mount is specifically required for mounting in portrait orientation. The display of the Caretta tablet is not plane-parallel to the base of the mount when inserted. The AMPS base mount for portrait orientation compensates for this.
