The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat base. The Element seat is the compromise between the Seat Concepts Comfort and Race seats. It is slightly more comfortable than the Race version, but features the same highly durable Wire Gripper cover. Four traction ribs at the rear keep you in place during acceleration. Furthermore, it is designed for bad weather: the seams are sealed on the inside, and the foam is additionally protected under the cover with a thin water barrier. This prevents the foam from soaking up water in rain, snow, and mud. The front of the seat is just as narrow as the Race version, while the rear has the width of the Comfort seat.
