Seat Concepts uses a proprietary foam that is higher quality than the stock foam. It is softer and more active in its rebound, while still providing sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front so that your legs are not spread further apart, and it becomes wider towards the middle to distribute your weight over a larger area. This creates more comfort for long distances. On this model, the seat is padded at the front and slightly recessed at the rear. This compensates for the tilt of the seat surface and helps prevent you from sliding towards the tank.

Optional seat cover
- Black Sandpaper: The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in place during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle trousers; jeans tend to catch.
- Black Semi-Grip: The all-rounder. Provides good grip, but allows you to shift position on the seat at any time. Comfortable for long days and works just as well with jeans as it does with motorcycle or MX/enduro trousers.
