The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is installed on the original seat pan. Seat Concepts uses its own foam, which is higher quality than the stock foam. It provides a softer and more active feel while still offering sufficient support. The front of the seat shape matches the stock contour so your legs are not spread further apart, and it widens toward the middle to distribute weight over a larger area. This creates more comfort for long distances.
