The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat pan. Seat Concepts uses its own foam, which is higher quality than the stock foam. It provides a softer, more active ride while still offering sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front so your legs aren't spread further apart, and it widens toward the center to distribute weight over a larger area. This creates greater comfort for long distances. On this model, the seat is built up in the front and slightly dished in the back. This levels out the seat slope, so you slide toward the tank less.

- Black Sandpaper: The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in your place during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to snag.
- Black Semi-Grip: The all-rounder. Provides good grip, but you can shift around on the seat at any time. Comfortable on long days and just as good with jeans as with motorcycle, MX, or enduro pants.
- Black Carbon Fiber: Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon look, with low grip.
