The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover, and is mounted onto the original seat base plate. Seat Concepts uses its own foam, which is of higher quality than the stock foam. It provides softer and more active cushioning while still offering sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front, so that your legs are not spread further apart, and widens towards the center to distribute weight over a larger area. This creates more comfort for long distances.

- Seat cover: Black Sandpaper – The grippiest surface of the comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in place during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to get caught.
- Side cover: Black Carbon Fiber – Smooth vinyl in a subtle carbon look, with little grip to keep the legs free at the sides.
