The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat base plate. Seat Concepts uses its own foam, which is of higher quality than the stock foam. It is softer and more responsive while still providing sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front so that your legs are not spread further apart, and it becomes wider towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger area. This creates more comfort for long distances. On this model, the seat is padded at the front and slightly scooped out at the rear. This compensates for the slope of the seating area, preventing you from sliding towards the tank.

- Black Sandpaper: The grippiest surface among the comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in your seat during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to catch.
- Black Semi-Grip: The all-rounder. Provides good grip, but you can shift around on the seat at any time. Comfortable on long days and just as good with jeans as with motorcycle or MX/enduro pants.
- Black Carbon Fiber: Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon look, with low grip.
