The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat base. Seat Concepts uses its own proprietary foam, which is of higher quality than the stock foam. It provides a softer, more active feel while still offering sufficient support. The shape of the seat matches the stock contour at the front to prevent the legs from being spread wider, and becomes wider towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger area. This creates more comfort for long rides.

- Seat cover: Black Sandpaper – The grippiest surface among the comfort seats, as rough as coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in place during acceleration and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; jeans tend to snag.
- Side cover: Cobalt Blue Wire – Wire Gripper, Seat Concepts' grippiest material.
