The Foam & Cover Kit consists of foam and a cover and is mounted onto the original seat pan. Seat Concepts uses a proprietary foam that is of higher quality than the stock foam. It is softer and more active, yet still provides sufficient support. The shape of the front seat matches the stock contour to prevent the legs from being spread further apart, and it widens towards the middle to distribute weight over a larger surface area. This creates more comfort for long distances. On this model, the front seat is padded up and slightly dished at the rear. This compensates for the slope of the seat surface, meaning you slide towards the tank less. The rear kit for the passenger seat is wider, slightly dished, and raised at the front so that the passenger slides forward less.
