The Rear Kit consists of foam and a cover for the passenger seat and is mounted onto the base plate of the original passenger seat. The foam is the same high-quality material used in Seat Concepts rider seats. The passenger seat is slightly wider and more contoured than the stock version; the front of the seating area is slightly raised to prevent the passenger from sliding forward.

- Seat cover: Black Sandpaper – The grippiest surface offered on comfort seats, rough like coarse sandpaper. Keeps you securely in place when accelerating and braking. Best used with motorcycle pants; denim tends to snag.
- Side cover: Black Carbon Fiber – Smooth vinyl with a subtle carbon look and low grip to ensure your legs can move freely at the sides.
