X-TREME Fork Cartridge for Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid 2022-2025, TracTive

The TracTive X-TREME is a high-quality, closed cartridge kit for the Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid fork, featuring adjustable rebound and compression damping as well as a hydraulic bump stop.

The two cartridges are installed in the fork legs without requiring any modifications to the fork itself. Compression damping is adjusted at the top of the left fork leg, while rebound damping is adjusted at the top of the right fork leg.

Each cartridge has a closed design and functions as an individual, pressurized shock absorber with its own damping oil. The large 35 mm piston allows for a high oil flow rate, ensuring stable and highly controllable damping performance.

The cartridges were developed in close cooperation with adventure and rally riders. The result is significantly better off-road handling while maintaining the same level of comfort on long-distance rides.

Adjustment options

Compression: top of the left fork leg, 18 clicks
Rebound: top of the right fork leg, 18 clicks
Spring preload: both fork legs, up to 12 mm adjustment range

Hydraulic bump stop

The hydraulic bump stop acts at the end of the suspension travel, reducing harsh bottoming out during heavy impacts.

Available heights

The cartridge kit is available in two different versions:

Standard height
25 mm lowering

For the lowered version, adjustment of the side and center stands may be necessary.

We recommend matching the suspension height for both the front and rear wheels. Ideally, the cartridge kit should be combined with an appropriately adjusted shock absorber.

Individual tuning

We tune the cartridge kit to your rider weight and intended use before delivery.

For this, we only need your rider weight including motorcycle gear and a brief note on your primary usage (road, touring, off-road, etc.).

The cartridge kit comes standard with 5.6 N/mm springs (25 mm lowering: 6.0 N/mm). Softer or harder springs are also available depending on rider weight and intended use.
