SCOTTS large adjustment knob for steering dampers
The large adjustment knob for SCOTTS steering dampers replaces the standard adjustment pointer with a knob that is easier to grip. This allows the damping to be adjusted more quickly and easily, even when wearing gloves or during short stops.
Especially in changing conditions – for example between road, gravel, or more technical off-road sections – a quick adjustment is useful. With the larger adjustment knob, adjustment is significantly more direct than with the small standard solution.
The kit is designed as a complete conversion set and contains all necessary small parts. It is mounted onto the existing SCOTTS steering damper.
According to the manufacturer, the large adjustment knob is particularly recommended for SCOTTS steering dampers with a stainless steel base valve. With older versions featuring a brass base valve, the original brass knob may come loose in certain situations if it is subjected to load.
