X-TREME Shock Absorber Husqvarna 701 Enduro 2020-2026, TracTive

The TracTive X-TREME is a high-quality, fully adjustable shock absorber featuring an external reservoir and PDSII bottom-out protection.

The damping characteristics have been specifically developed for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro. Rebound and compression damping can be adjusted independently of each other. The compression damping additionally features separate high- and low-speed adjustment.

The external reservoir provides a larger oil volume and better heat dissipation. As a result, damping performance remains as consistent as possible even under high loads, such as on long off-road stages.

The shock absorber is available as an X-TREME + HPA model, featuring hydraulic spring preload adjustment via a handwheel.

Adjustment Options

Rebound: approx. 18 clicks
Low-speed compression: damping adjustment for slow suspension movements, such as during acceleration or on long, sweeping undulations
High-speed compression: damping adjustment for fast suspension movements, such as potholes or hard terrain edges
Spring preload: mechanical on the shock absorber

PDSII Bottom-Out Protection

The PDSII system works with an additional piston that creates progressive damping towards the end of the suspension travel. This reduces hard bottoming out during heavy impacts or jumps.

Available Heights

The shock absorber is available in three different versions:

Standard height
25 mm lowering
25 mm raising

For the lowered version, an adjustment of the side and center stand may be necessary.

Individual Setup

We configure the shock absorber for your rider weight and intended use before shipping.

For this, we simply need your rider weight including motorcycle gear and a brief note on the primary area of use (road, touring, off-road, etc.).

The shock absorber comes standard with a 75 N/mm spring. Depending on your rider weight and intended use, softer or harder springs are also available.
